Chun Wo C&E Reforms Data Processing with VHSmartcard Intelligent System

Chun Wo Construction and Engineering Co., Ltd. (Chun Wo C&E), one of the leading construction companies in Hong Kong, has recently applied VHSmartcard Intelligent System (VHSiS) to computerize its data processing and management.

After installing VHSiS in various construction sites of Chun Wo C&E, the worker information can be read from the staff cards and attendance records can be stored in VHSiS. Chun Wo C&E is thus able to streamline its data management by establishing a central and computerized database of worker information and attendance records in VHSiS.

VHSiS helped Chun Wo C&E to minimize human effort in calculating workers' salary. The application can automatically figure up the salary of each individual worker according to the collected attendance records.

By fully automating data processing with VHSiS, Chun Wo C&E can accurately generate various kinds of reports, including Attendance Summary Report, Exception Report, GF527 Report and Qualified Tradesman Report. The company can also edit the reports in the consolidation platform. As a result, reports submitted to the Environment, Transport and Works Bureau can be done more accurately and efficiently.
