VHSoft receives strong support from our parent company, Yau Lee Holdings Ltd., one of the top ten construction firms in Hong Kong. Being a customer-oriented builder, the Group strives to provide the highest standard of construction work for its clients and society alike. The Group was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange in 1991.

Yau Lee Group has over 40 years of construction experience, with its core businesses in building construction, maintenance & fitting out, building materials trading, prefabrication manufacturing, plumbing and drainage contracting, Information Technology as well as property development. For decades, Yau Lee Construction Co., Ltd., one of the members of the Group, earned its distinction of being a listed contractor for public sector building works. Its prominent quality and safety records have won countless high level awards, including the prestigious "Hong Kong Awards for Industry".

The Group began investing in the China market since the mid-80s, and has developed various successful business projects, including Yau Lee Wah Concrete Precast Products Co., Ltd., a manufacturing company specializing in concrete precast production. Located in Shenzhen, the plant was established in 1997 and is one of the largest of its kind in China with about 60,000 sq. m. of production area. The Group also has invested in property development projects in both Hong Kong and China.
