VHMonsys - Project Management System

VHMonsys, is a project management system that combines the highly flexible PDA with desktop workstation. It can record, track and analyze project information to improve the productivity and competitiveness of the company.

With the support of VHInterior, a drawing recognition system, industries like building and fitting out works are able to handle cost estimation and quantity surveyors can produce cost report at ease.

VHMonsys Desktop is a client-server based application. It gathers project information on a central database for different groups of users, including project manager, quantity surveyor, site foreman and accountant, etc. to access information such as project data, suppliers' profiles, inventory, progress of work and payment records from the server.

VHMonsys PDA is a mobile application that facilitates users to record the progress of work, employee attendance, site inspection, defect and payment.

 

VHMonsys PDA allows users to draw remarks on drawings or pictures directly in order to show the exact location of defect.
